Cassman 5000L Brewhouse System provides the perfect recipe for any craft brewery. With our advanced design and innovative features, we ensure a consistent and reliable brewing process for any brewer.

The system includes an insulated mash tun, a grist hydrator, a lauter tun, a whirlpool tank, and a hot and cold water system. Designed with steam boilers, our boilers are designed to provide heat and steam to the mash and lauter tuns while also allowing for wort to be heated quickly, safely, and efficiently. Furthermore, this system features a series of internal heat exchangers and a counterflow wort chiller in order to ensure maximum wort extraction and optimum efficiency throughout the brewing process.

In addition, our SIEMENS control panel offers a highly automated and intuitive experience for brewers. The panel includes an adjustable temperature controller and a timer to easily monitor and adjust the entire process. With our Brewhouse System, brewers can transition seamlessly and quickly between mash, lauter, and whirlpool cycles, resulting in a consistent and superior beer quality.
