For the entire beer brewing system, the Single vessel brewing and the split brewhouse are mainly the difference between the saccharification system. The Single vessel brewing, as the name suggests, is to use one tank for the mash, lauter, boiling, and whirlpool four brewing process steps of the entire mash system. Split brewhouse, mash, lauter, cooling and fermentation in the brewing process are independent equipment, generally divided into two vessels, three vessels, and four vessels, etc. And the individuality of the equipment can also be customized according to the different needs of customers.
Single vessel brewing is separated into two parts, upper and lower parts. The upper part is for Lauter and whirlpool. And the lower part is for Mash and Kettle. Single vessel brewing takes very less room and space. Take a 200L as an example, it takes about 1m2. It is very easy to install, operate and do cleaning work by CIP. Thus ,the price is very competitive. Normally, 100L,200L, 300L,500L are available. They can be matched with different size fermenters.
