Our system is an all-in-one solution designed to convert standard ambient air into a continuous stream of high-purity nitrogen. The process is divided into three critical stages, each optimized with high-quality components to ensure maximum performance, purity, and system longevity.

1. Compressed Air System: The Foundation

A stable and ample supply of compressed air is the starting point. Our system is built around this principle.

  • Components: A reliable, low-noise screw air compressor and a large air buffer tank.

  • Function: The compressor provides the necessary volume and pressure, while the buffer tank stabilizes the output, ensuring a consistent feed to the purification system. The tank also serves as a primary separator, removing bulk oil and water condensate.

  • Efficiency: The compressor operates on an intelligent pressure-controlled cycle. It runs to meet demand and stops when the system is charged, automatically adapting to your production needs and saving energy.

2. Air Purification System: Achieving Ultra-Clean Air (ISO 8573.1 Class 1)

The quality of the compressed air directly impacts the efficiency and lifespan of the PSA unit. Our multi-stage purification system is engineered to deliver exceptionally clean, dry air.

  • Stage A: Refrigerated Dryer: Compressed air is first chilled in a refrigerated dryer. This forces water vapor to condense into liquid, which is then automatically drained. This crucial step prevents downstream filter failure, eliminates pipe blockage in cold weather, and prevents corrosion.

  • Stage B: High-Performance Filtration: The dried air then passes through a two-stage precision filter group:

    • T-Grade Filter: Removes solid and liquid particles down to 1 micron.

    • A-Grade High-Efficiency Filter: Polishes the air, removing 99.999+% of oil mist and particles down to 0.01 micron (residual oil content < 0.001 ppm).

  • Result: This rigorous process guarantees that the air entering the PSA unit meets the stringent ISO 8573.1 Class 1 quality standard, which is essential for the performance of the Carbon Molecular Sieve.

3. PSA Nitrogen Generation: The Heart of the System

This is where the magic happens. Using Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, we separate nitrogen from the air.

  • The Principle: The system uses two towers filled with high-performance Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS). As purified compressed air passes through one tower, the CMS selectively adsorbs oxygen, carbon dioxide, and residual water vapor, allowing the high-purity nitrogen to pass through and be collected.

  • The Cycle: While one tower is in the adsorption phase, the other is in a regeneration phase. By rapidly depressurizing the saturated tower, the adsorbed oxygen and other gases are vented to the atmosphere, cleaning the CMS for the next cycle.

  • The Result: These two towers alternate seamlessly. This continuous cycle, managed by a precision PLC, produces a constant, stable flow of high-purity product nitrogen, ready for your application.
