This automatic bottle beer filler is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing advanced technology introducing from abroad and is with international advanced level. It is mainly used for filling carbonated drink, like beer, soda drink, gas wine, coca cola in glass bottle. The filling way is balanced pressure. The automatic bottle crown capper is designed for sealing glass bottle with crown cap, press cap. It is designed with single sealing head. It has the automatic function of cap sorter, cap loader and cap pressing sealing. The machine is full automatic. Working process:
After checking well the machine, pour the bottle caps into the cap sorter, open the switch, the machine will start, and the cap sorter will work for sorting the caps in normal order to the cap loader, through the vibrations function, the caps will fall off in the cap loader.
When bottles coming through the chain conveyor to the bottle capping machine, the electromagnetic induction sensor inducts the bottle, it will indicate the cap loader to fall off the cap to the bottle, through the cam and sealing wheel, sealing head will fall down to press the bottle cap, one can will be finished and coming out through the chain conveyor.
