6) The bottle that enters into the filler is switched by body bottle inlet dial wheel. The filling valve acted by the cam can realize up and down. It adopts balanced pressure filling way. The filling valve opens and begins filling when the inner bottle pressure is balanced with inside liquid tank, the filling valve move up and leave the bottleneck when it finishes filling.
7) The beer liquid in the tank is controlled automatically, the liquid float ball control the liquid into the tank automatically.
It is set with a observation mirror in the liquid tank for easy checking the liquid state in tank.
8) It is set with a pressure meter on top of machine, which will test and control the pressure in the liquid tank for normal production.

Working process:
After checking well the machine, pour the bottle caps into the cap sorter, open the switch, the machine will start, and the cap sorter will work for sorting the caps in normal order to the cap loader, through the vibrations function, the caps will fall off in the cap loader.
When bottles coming through the chain conveyor to the bottle capping machine, the electromagnetic induction sensor inducts the bottle, it will indicate the cap loader to fall off the cap to the bottle, through the cam and sealing wheel, sealing head will fall down to press the bottle cap, one can will be finished and coming out through the chain conveyor.
